Here in the Bored Seagull Club we have 2 distinct currencies one is called SeagullCoin which will act as a unit of value to other Seagull Assets and will essentially be the primary chain for our Metaverse and then we have SeagullCash which will act as a in-metaverse and in-person payment platform where we create the value and most payments will use SeagullCash.

Seagull properties will consist of SeagullMansions and SeagullApartments. The Mansions will mint with 0.1 minimum required for mint and will have maximum 70 - 100 max mints possible. Seagullapartments will have over 450 mints and will be a commonplace for majority of NFT holders.
